Good

Location is close to the MRT and some restaurants nearby.

Room not so clean, the wall needs a new paint, kitchen was too small and the glue seal around the kitchen sink was molded, bathroom sink smelled, amenities like bathroom tissue, toothbrush, etc, were not fully provided everytime after cleaning on cleaning days. Need a better breakfast, snacks, and attentive staffs.

Friendly reception, complimentary pastries, coffee and treats. Two bedroom apartment had three bathrooms Option to go to the kids club Cafe soll upstairs serves delicious food, kids loved the pool Good location, walkable to Tiong Bahru Food Centre, Havelock food Centre, great world shopping mall

Good location and lovely staff

The beds and bedding were exceptional throughout. Airconditioning was fantastic. Rooms were a good size and clean. Staff were amazing. The pool was really lovely and there's were plenty of opportunities for relaxing. There was an undercover outdoor area that you could read and relax downstairs and up at the pool. Location was good, it was about 800m to the nearest hop on hop off bus stop and about 500m to the Havelock MRT. It was quite central to everything in Sinapore, so we used cabs a lot via a local app and the most we paid for any trips was about $20SGD

The closest MRT station didn't appear to be on any of the main lines. Couch in the lounge area wasn't comfortable and there was no dining area, but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.

The location was quite close to the station. The room was clean. There was access to laundry and dryer. Great air-conditioning system.

A staff member had a judgmental face on while serving with minimal communication making my family and I feel uncomfortable.

Nice location, close to a MRT station. Room is clean. Basic stuff is provided in the room. Facilities like coffee machine are good.

Very small room. I had booked it for 4 people but the Room was prepared for only 2. Second bed was not prepared. Even after asking they could provide only a white bed sheet. Cleaning will be done only once in a week. Booking.com shows that the room has a washing machine. But the laundry is a paid service

The wardrobe door was broken and we had to call mntnce. The hotel did not provide early check in despite requests.

The room was only cleaned on a Thursday. The air conditioning unit leaked water onto floor twice in 7 nights The safe in cupboard wasn't screwed down Paint had scuff marks, some paint had cracked and was coming off walls. Large chip of plaster missing from a corner The shower floor wasn't angled properly to drain away and always left a large puddle of water

For 4 people this was a good place to stay in an apartment complex close to Tiong Bahru.

Good apartment for a stay in Singapore close to the Tiong Bahru area. Decent sized rooms except very small bathrooms. Nice roof top swimming pool. Walking distance to Tiong Bahru area and local restaurants, shopping and transport.

The rooms were fine, although bathrooms were very small. Furniture in the apartment was terrible, the chairs were literally falling apart. The pool was nice but you couldn't take any food or dinks to that area which seemed strange given it is not a hotel. Staff on the desk were OK. For some reason they were very reluctant to provide additional toilet paper to the room. we had to keep asking for a re stock. Long walk to the nearest MRT station at Tiong Bahru. For our stay the new Havelock MRT Station was still not complete, when open this will make a big difference to the property.

I like that there's a direct bus to the three (3) MRT stations - Tiong Bahru, Redhill & Queenstown.

Pleasant

The large rooms were big enough for our family and the pool was clean and great. Staff were friendly.

The building was old and faulty. We used the kettle and it blew the fuse, which wasn't fixed when it was said it was and the fire alarm went off a couple of times, preventing us from getting into our appartment for 30min at an evening time. The apartment wasn't kept up to datel, walls were not so clean and there were patches which were not finished.

Very Good

The location is a nice quiet place and the rooms are decent sized. The staff was professional and efficient. A good place for a family to stay for a week or two weeks.

The room cleaning is done every thursday - and we checked in on a wednesday. So the cleaning was too early for us and then we had a long period without room cleaning. Second- the electric cooking hob stopped working from the second day, and upon informing the staff, we were told that the repairs would only be done on monday - one day before we were to check out. For the record, even that did not happen.

Location is brilliant. Super close to Tiong Bahru & Great World City Staff are lovely. Shout out to Geraldine! Rooms are a good size and the kitchen is well equipped. Both rooms had ensuite bathrooms

Maintenance is really poor. The staff tried to address all the concerns as soon as they could. Apart from water heater they replaced / fixed ASAP. 1. We didnt have hot water in one of the bathrooms for a number of days. They had to replace the whole water heater. 2. Aircon for the whole floor didnt work for a whole day 3. The jet spray in the bathroom didnt work 4. The coffee table which expands to a dining table had a corner which was broken 5. Cooking hob was not working and that was replaced within the day 6. Random bar from the kitchen just fell off - had been glued on 7. Was generally dusty They were willing to let us move rooms but were so fully booked that the only one available was much smaller. In the end we stayed and enjoyed it once the issues were fixed.

staff were kind and courteous but were extremely short of staff. Their working hours are from 9am until when, meaning no one was available for out of hours, which is unacceptable.

Good-sized and well-equipped apartment. Staff is wonderful too.

The rooms were large and the kitchenette was very well equipped. TV has a lot of channels. Bed was comfortable with pillow selections. The bathrooms were rather small, but they have everything we needed. Water heater needed to be turned on in advance but the water pressure was great! Our parking issue was quickly resolved as well.

Wifi signal was quite weak although the staff and the IT team quickly tried to make improvements. The cleaning and preparation for one of the rooms was not complete (dusty mirror & missing bathrobes). Some stains on the crockery.
